I’m married to my husband, Preston, an investment advisor and 401k/403b specialist. A mother of 3 children, two daughters (living in AZ) and a son (living in Aliso Viejo). I also have 3 grandsons with my oldest daughter in AZ.
After living in Scottsdale for 32 years, my husband’s employer had us transferred to Orange County in 2011.
In 1986, I’d decided to follow my Uncle into the world of insurance. I wanted to build a great career with the freedom to be a Mom, on my terms.
Over the years I’ve grown my business in AZ, CA & NV. 2) What two things should we be listening for to help get you referrals? Companies that are in need of great employee benefits including Aflac and someone that can take on that burden and liability.
Companies that are looking to maximize benefits through creativity, keep costs low, offer pre-tax (at no cost to set up) as well as the desire to educate their employees with the expertise of a licensed agent.
3) What separates you from others in your line of work? I become an extension of any companies HR department by bringing benefits to employees through an electronic website that I provide and pay for. This includes quoting and keeping benefit options competitive; producing enrollment meetings and presentations; assisting employees with enrollment elections; process enrollments/terms with each insurance carrier as well as continue to service all employees through personalized attention throughout the year as needed.
In addition, I offer HR Tools and ongoing employee training to all groups through HR360 that I support.
